We encourage you to review our return and refund policy if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase from Beam Boost LLC. The following terms apply to any products purchased through getbeamboost.com.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
  • Request your Return Authorization by emailing support@getbeamboost.com or visiting our Contact Us page with a detailed reason for return and supporting photos or video.
  • Upon approval, you will receive the return shipping address.
  • Please use a trackable mail service. We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
  • Once we receive your package, products will be inspected and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • A refund confirmation will be emailed to the address used during your original purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or non-working product, you can request a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To process an exchange or refund:

  2. Our team will respond within 1 business day
  3. Upon approval, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund

5. Lost or Undelivered Packages

Every package we ship is tracked. In the rare event a package is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or ship a replacement product at no additional cost.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Orders cancelled before processing are subject to a 5% transaction fee to cover payment processing costs assessed to us by our card processors.

7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of approval. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — refund posting can take time
  3. Contact your bank — there may be processing time before posting

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, email us as soon as possible at support@getbeamboost.com. We will attempt to update it before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing. Beam Boost LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.

10. 2-Year Product Warranty

If your product stops working within 2 years of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.

To file a warranty claim:

  2. Describe the issue with your product
  3. Upon approval, we will issue a full refund or ship a replacement

This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the product.
