All orders are processed after we receive your payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
Shipping Costs and Options
Beam Boost LLC offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order requirement.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 11:00 PM PST are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery during peak periods. If there will be a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Zones
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@getbeamboost.com to request a replacement or full refund. See our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders must be shipped to a physical street address within the United States.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by state law. Tax amounts are calculated and displayed at checkout.
