1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Beam Boost LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), concerning your access to and use of getbeamboost.com (the “Site”) and any related services or products.

We are a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with our business address at 304 S. Jones Blvd Ste 5591, Las Vegas, NV 89107.

By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

The Site is intended for users at least 18 years of age.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, and software — is the property of Beam Boost LLC or our licensors, and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
2. You are not a minor in the jurisdiction where you reside
3. You will not use the Site through automated means (bots, scripts, etc.)
4. You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
5. Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law

If you provide untrue or inaccurate information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

4. Products

We make every effort to display product colors, features, specifications, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately represent actual product appearance.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Discontinue products at any time
• Change prices without prior notice
• Limit quantities purchased per customer or order
• Refuse any order at our discretion

5. Purchases and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to:

8. User Generated Contributions

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Site (collectively, “Contributions”), you represent and warrant that:

• Your Contributions are original or you have the rights to share them
• Your Contributions are accurate and not misleading
• Your Contributions do not violate any third-party rights
• Your Contributions do not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content

By submitting Contributions, you grant Beam Boost LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your Contributions in connection with our business.

We reserve the right to remove any Contribution at our discretion.

9. Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us become our property. We may use these Submissions for any purpose without compensation to you.

10. Site Management

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor the Site for compliance with these Terms
• Take appropriate legal action against violators
• Refuse, restrict, or limit access at our discretion
• Remove content we determine to be inappropriate
• Manage the Site to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning

12. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We reserve the right to:

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Informal Negotiations

Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days through written communication.

Binding Arbitration

If informal negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or remotely.

You understand that by agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Exceptions

The following disputes are not subject to arbitration:

• Disputes concerning intellectual property rights
• Claims for injunctive relief
• Disputes regarding theft, piracy, or unauthorized use

If arbitration is unavailable, disputes will be heard in the state and federal courts of Wyoming.

16. Disclaimer

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of Site content
• That the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That any defects will be corrected

You use the Site at your own risk.

17. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beam Boost LLC and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.

Our total liability to you, regardless of cause, is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Beam Boost LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

1. Your use of the Site
2. Your violation of these Terms
3. Your violation of any third-party rights
4. Your Contributions to the Site

19. Electronic Communications

By using the Site, sending emails, or completing forms, you consent to electronic communications from us. You agree that electronic agreements, signatures, and records satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

20. FCC Compliance and Product Use

Beam Boost LLC sells FCC-certified consumer cellular signal boosters and WiFi range extenders. By purchasing our products, you agree to:

• Use products in accordance with FCC regulations and applicable laws
• Register your signal booster with your wireless carrier where required (per FCC rules)
• Use products only with carriers that have given consent for booster operation
• Operate WiFi extenders within authorized frequency bands

You are responsible for compliance with all FCC regulations regarding the operation of these devices in your jurisdiction.

21. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beam Boost LLC.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

These Terms do not create any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
